Dear guests,
In order to provide you with a safe and unforgettable experience, we recommend that you respect the health protocols and guidelines suggested below. These are based on local and international regulations that aim to protect the health and safety of both our guests and our crew.
This is how we recommend guests enjoy life on-board this season:

You can request a kit with face masks from reception.
The use of face masks is recommended in all enclosed public areas of the cruise, except when guests are seated at their tables during meal and bar services. It is also recommended that a face mask is worn when entering, exiting, and walking in the dining room, bar, and lounges. It is recommended to keep an adequate distance with other guests while in the dining room and lounges.
Remember to wash your hands regularly. In addition, you will find hand-sanitizer dispensers in all corridors, lounges, and common areas.
All personal protective equipment must be discarded in the garbage bins located throughout the vessel. If you find any of these discarded items outside the bins, please inform the crew immediately so we can take care of their proper disposal. We need to ensure that no waste or personal protection items contaminates our pristine Patagonia.
Please be aware of times and locations of lectures and onboard activities as these can be held at delayed or simultaneous times, or in different locations of the ship.

Additional preventative measures
The vessel is equipped with a ventilation system based on bipolar ionization equipment technology (Plasma air), which ensures a 99% decrease in viral load for COVID-19 in the air and 80% on surfaces.
Our cleaning and disinfection practices of all areas of our vessel have been reinforced. After each activity and at the end of each day, rooms and common areas will be disinfected and sanitized with certified products.

Thank you!
Thank you for being part of the safe return to travel, nature, and pristine Patagonia.
Let’s take care of each other by following these basic guidelines, and now more than ever, please help us take care of our natural environment. One of the many adverse effects of this pandemic has been the generation of sanitary waste, which is why we call upon our guests to be responsible. We want the impact of our land excursions to continue being unnoticeable.
The magic of Patagonia remains intact. It is up to us to keep it that way.
Welcome on board!
