The peculiarity of Patagonia is not only visible in its unique landscapes, but also in food that we can find in the southernmost corner of the Earth.

Our gastronomic consultant has brilliantly created a menu fusing the local ingredients with the best that both regional and international cuisine has to offer. We have also looked to other areas of Chile to influence the menu, with the objective to achieve a result that is equal to the places we visit and the excellent service that characterizes us.

A la carte. Meal selections will be requested from guests in advance. Our dishes aim to create a fusion between locally sourced ingredients and both international and regional recipes.

Self-service located in the Sky Lounge. Before breakfast, early risers can help themselves to coffee, tea, juices and milk along with a variety of pastries and

Darwin Lounge. Bartenders prepare traditional international cocktails, including the calafate sour, a local twist on the popular pisco sour. National wines, local beers, and soft drinks also available.
