Tasting notes: Beautiful, bright cherry red color. Has aromas of red fruits like cherry, mixed with strawberry jam and subtle rose petals. Spiced in the mouth with notes of herbs but balanced with a fresh and fruity ending. This wine is soft and firm at the same time with a delicate structure, mature tannins, and very elegant. A good representation of the Pinot Noir’s from Casablanca.
Pairing: Best paired with fish, meats and pasta with cream sauce (no tomato sauce).

Malbec 2013, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina.
Tasting notes: Spicy aromas of fruit, more black than red. Fresh and well rounded. The 2013 harvest produced an elegant fruit with natural acidity. A great example of Malbec from the Uco Valley.
Pairing: Best enjoyed with roast beef, stews, pastas with tomato sauces and cheese.
